All-optical Foundation
As a transmission channel, the optical network is a bridge connecting national hub nodes with thousands of industries. As early as 2019, Gemde launched its Smart Optical Network solution and proposed the four core concepts of “ubiquitous, ultra-broadband, open, and on-demand”. The self-developed 400G silicon optical chip can reduce the area by 80% compared with ordinary electric chips, so that the power consumption of the silicon optical module can be as low as 24w.
